Job Action Activity - Departmental

Query Fields

  1. Campus: Leave blank if you enter the Department code below.
  2. Job Action Codes: Leave blank for ALL or use the Valid Values button to select actions you want to include.
  3. Position Type Codes: Leave blank for ALL or use the Valid Values button to select.
  4. Department Id: Enter your Campus/Department combination or use the Valid Values button to select.
  5. From Job Effective Date: Enter beginning date range
  6. To Job Effective Date: Enter ending date range
  7. From Job Action Date: Enter beginning date range (based on date eDoc was saved in HRMS)
  8. To Job Action Date: Enter ending date range (based on date eDoc was saved in HRMS)
  9. Select the Output Format: This will default to MS Excel (xlsx)
  10. Select the Output Destination: You should choose “Send to Completed Reports” since this could be a long running job.
